I know it's already Oct. 3, but I'd like to join the challenge, if you don't mind. I've been doing pretty well the past month or so with my return to Atkins, but have been terrible about drinking my water.
I'd like to commit to 80 oz a day (easing back in), if it's not too late for me to join?

For some reason my dates are ahead of themselves. I write them down so I can chart them myself. Please correct my water intake for October. LOL Thank you for the September award and now if I can get my sig's back, I'll feel up to date again. Things are getting better with my shoulder and I can type again. yeh!
