Hey CArole, I'd like to get in on the water challenge.. since I read about it I've been working on 2 litres a day... I've never done a challenge before, can you let me know what I do? tks.
All you have to do is pledge at least 64 ounces pure water daily - let me know how many ounces you'll be drinking. Then when you finish drinking for the day come post how you did -- that's it. No days off during the month - if you make your pledge by drinking everyday you get an award - I give 3 "gimme" days each month - if you don't make your goal for 3 days you still get the award, but the 4th day you don't make your pledge you get the Honorable Mention award.
Have fun - drink and report....that's all there is to it!!
Keep up the great work people!! You're doing good. I like hearing people say they don't miss soda because they are too busy drinking water...warms my little pea pickin' heart!
