        Big hockey game today. And the 50 km ski race is on. That one can be hard.
        More of our challengers have turned up with triumphant tales so here is the latest:

                      Thanks Liv! Great challenge. I made it with no bread and really think I learned a lot about the nibbling I had been doing. I am now more of aware of that and feel I have better control over it.

                          I was also peanut butter free. Thanks all of you who joined me in the challenge. It was so nice. I loved going with out pb. Now I can start a new relationship to the product and far more careful than I ended up being last time. I have to use it as a food not as a treat.

                            Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                            Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                            Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                            so:
