            Ultimate Goal = To feel good in my own skin. I'll know when I get there. It might be before or after 140 lb.

                      Happy Sunday...the chart is up to date and it looks like everyone is doing well! If you have a bad day and don't make your pledge don't stop....it's only one day - the next day make an extra effort to get your water in AND if you feel real strong, drink one extra glass of water that day. Just remember, more water is better - and every glass of water you drink you aren't drinking something nasty for you like soda or one of the chemically filled drinks (like crystal lite) that aren't good for you to begin with.

                      Thank you for the nice comments you leave for me - I do appreciate them but they aren't necessary - I do this because I enjoy it and because I feel in some small way I'm helping each of you get your daily quota and that makes me feel good.

                      Keep up the great work people -- raise your glass with me...one more glass to your health!

                        Thanks for that post, I thought I had to dropout this month since I missed my pledge on Friday.

                        3/5 ~ 60oz
                        3/6 ~ 80 oz
                        1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
                        2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
                        3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
                        Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

                        Current Mini Goals:
                        1) 35 pounds lost
                        2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
                        3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series
