Wow... sorry everyone. I guess I am a boot camp flunky... I have had the most hectic two days. I didn't get to see the Thursday posts until just now! I went to work early on Thursday, put in 13 hour. Had to be up, ready and have the 3 kids up, ready & out of the house by 630am yesteray morning.... and I was gone ALL day. I didn't return home until after midnight. I slept quick then out the door this am by 630 for work again. I got off at 11am and immediately went shopping with my family. Returned just in time to get ready to go back into work for another 4 hours.

I tell you... I am beat! I have been keeping to good eating but I've slipped on everything else. I'm so sorry. I feel like a failure.

I hope everyone else has stayed on track and seen great results.

      Sorry Liv

Don' worry. The last thing this should do is make you feel like a failure. You are working your butt off it sounds like and doing great. I really appreciate you entering.

If you could send me a private message with feedback I would appreciate it. Just answer these questions and add any other thought you may have

        1. What did you like best about boot camp?
        2. What was you your least favourite part and why?
        3. Do you think boot camp will be helpful to you in your continued journey. Why, why not
        4. A suggestion for a future boot camp

Just summing up. I have handed out the last diplomas today. We had 12 people who completed and 11 of these 12 were according the feed back satisfied with the time they spent in boot camp and felt that it had some benefit for them. ADBB will probably have more Mini Boot Camps coming up in the not so distant future.

The next great challenge coming up will be the veggie challenge. It is a wonderful and popular one. Sign-up will be posted in the Semi Annual Forum soon so look for that.

Water challenge and exercise challenges will be starting again now at the end of the month and those are great motivating challenges. There is also possible to revitalize the no-sweetener challenge that sometimes run in this forum or the cheat free days challenge if you like.

          All recruits are released.
          Keep up the good fight.

Thanks, Liv! You were a great commander and I know it must have been a lot of work coming up with the daily plans, reading all our journals and chasing us down.

p.s. ADBB wouldn't let me give you rep points so here's a hug:
