Mini Goals:
170 lbs. = on my way down
166 lbs. = my WW 10% goal 163 lbs. = wow, look at me go!:spin:
160 lbs. = the lowest I've been in years:)
155 lbs. = my clothes should be hangin'!!
150 lbs. = how do you like me now?!!
I almost had a tear in my eye when I read through the comments all my "water children" left...you do read the posts!!! I kinda thought I was talking to a wall (like talking to the hubs sometimes!! LOL) but I guess you are listening!!
Every so often I like to pull something like a mini challenge because we have so many who join and the first thing they say is "I hate water"....after a couple days it's not so bad for them and by the end of the month they are converted to drinking at least the minimum everyday. If you can get 1 extra glass of water in a day it's just helping you hydrate and become a little more healthy than you were on days you only drink the minimum. I know not everyone can drink more than they pledge and that's fine - I just want you to push yourself 1 day to see if you can do something above and beyond your normal day. It's like exercise, going a few more reps or adding a couple more pounds to your weights for the day....it's pushing yourself - only thing is here you are drinking 1 more glass of water.
Ok you have a few more days to practice for the mini challenge...and for those of you who will coast through the day I'm proud of you too...ya big showoffs!!! LOL
Fancy you are doing great - it always takes a couple days to get back in the swing of things!! mommajen, you're doing great, just keep sipping during the day and in a few more days you won't have that sloshing feeling in your body, I swore when I first started drinking water I was never going to see the other rooms in my house except the bathroom again....within a few days I wasn't in there as much and now I'm in there about the same as the rest of my family (who don't get enough water most days). melisende, you're doing great also....slow and sure - you'll get there every day!
5/5 66 ounces - fail! Chaperoned a field trip and had rather limited access to water and toilets all day. There's only so much I can drink in the evenings to avoid having to wake up 20 times during the night.
