    well i WAS losing farily quickly and also almost a lb or so every other day, bu t i mesed up for 2 weeks- DO NOT CHEAT it only cheats you out of the loss you want and deserve...
    so im still not back to 181.5, but soon i hope


    is there anyone willing to keep track of all our posts on loss, and post all our losses on a new post every week or 2 to show ehere we are at.. and so we can see each others progress adn congratulate them or encouage t hem- hope that makes sence- if not go tothe march to june challege and scroll down starting at the begining and it will show what i mean...

        I weighed in this morning, a day early. Still at 235. Obviously at some kind of a stall, but I still have September in my sights.

        Today I had to go eat lunch out with the family, so I had to cheat. My stomach has been letting me know for the rest of the day just how stupid that was, beyond the regular stupid of just breaking the diet. It's amazing how your body reacts when you've been eating so healthy for so long, then you suddenly put processed junk in it and it rebels... I'll be having a rebellion for the rest of the weekend, I think...

        Off topic, but... I've seen Star Wars Revenge of the Sith twice now. If you have the DVD of the trilogy at home, and you go see Sith, come home and watch A New Hope - it's a lot more poignant and sad and exciting, and many things make more sense, or have a new light shed on them. I came home and watched it and it was like I was seeing it for the first time, it nearly had me on the edge of my seat. It's strange knowing the whole story now... can't wait for Lucas to start the Star Wars tv shows in a couple of years.

        Hope nobody cheated and everybody lost something, or at least didn't gain!

          I'm down 1.5 lbs for the week, that puts me at 1 lb lost so far in the challenge. I just joined the 18th exercise challenge as well, so that ought to help my exercising!

              If everyone would post their start weight of this challenge, their current weight now and goal weight for Sept. and totall they want to lose by then I will try to post everyones each week so we can see them all together maybe that will help motivate us all, and I need the motivation for sure been slipping alot.

                    Is it okay if I join in the challenge? (sorry if I am intruding)

                    I am hoping to be around 220 by September (which means losing 33.75 pounds in 3 months.. I hope that is possible).. I am going on an alaskan cruise in september so I really want to look and feel better! (And take a helicopter ride to one of the glaciers and not have to pay for two of the seats!)

                    (By the way, StephieSue, your post about Star Wars was almost word for word exactly how I felt about the movie!!!)

                    Again, I hope I am not intruding!
