            I would love to join your challenge, I have 25-27lbs that I would love to lose, I'm on day 5 of the induction and have stuck to every rule. pls let me know how it's going to work.

              Everyone out there in this challenge...I need you words of inspiration and logic! Please help! True confessions...I have been nibbling on things that are on the "no-no" list the last couple of days. I think I am playing with fire because I am still losing even though I have had some extra "treats" if you will. I know I can't start doing this little habit because it is going to lead me into larger cravings and ultimately back to where I came from. (Please understand, I am not off of the deep end or anything. Just want to make sure I get back on before it is out of control!!!! )

                Welcome, punkett! Just weigh in whatever day of the week you like to weigh in at... I report in on saturday, for example.. and post your starting weight (if you want) and your goal weight for september.

                    Maybe every time you are tempted to nibble on a no-no food, you should try eating something "legal" instead? That way you don't feel like you are depriving yourself - just substituting one for another. Goodluck im sure you can overcome the nibbling! Just say no to nibbles!!



                    BTW, today my weigh in day wasn't so good. Started a new job so didn't get much exercise in this week . Was down to around 230.5 ish. I'm exercising like crazy this weekend to make up for it though.

                          I weighed myself - just getting going AGAIN!!!! - this morning and it wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be. I have gained all of the weight back I lost 2 years ago - but now am ready to get it off for good this time and get healthy! I weigh 162, have 22 lbs. to lose and I WILL do it!
