    I have recommitted today and am back on induction. I will workout AT LEAST 3X week. Tonight I will do weight training for 30 min and 30 min on the treadmill. Earlier this year when I worked out like that, I lost a lot of inches! :nod

    Hope everyone is doing well. I'm looking forward to feeling better again... and looking better! :icondance

      Moving!!!

      I decided not to continue this thread anymore because the moderators so nicely have added a thread similar to this one and it makes more sense to use that one and it is more visible than this one.
