Well welcome to all our new members...where are all the regulars!!!!
I'm here! I've been having a blast over in my own "Perfect Week Challenge" No one's joined me yet, but I'm finding it very motivating.
So, what are we all doing to get to our goals by Thanksgiving? For me, I'm back to journaling & fitday'ing everything. I was slipping in regards to counting my carbs, but I'm back on track.
My goal for T-day is 175, so I've got 17 pounds to go! I'm hoping to get out of the 190's in the next few weeks.
Welcome to all the new members.....I haven't been on here in awhile busy with my new job.....I have to admit I have not been doing good at all I am going to start back over try again....... its only 4 months till Nov. I have to get my butt in gear.... well I will try to post tomorrow night again....

its shelly lynn. sorry i have not been around since the beginning of june. my computer crashed but good news im up and running with a new better one. i guess the 7 year old one i had needed to go into retirement. Update since the last time i was here i have taken a trip home to texas (of course i leave home from texas from a visit and hurricane emily its about 75 miles away from there), I also went on a camping trip was fun and of course the bad news when my computer crashed i was weighing in at 176.4 so sad because today since i am officially weighting in again with this challenge i am at 181.6 and tom is due so i know i will be going up a few but in not worried i know i can do this. i just looked at the calendar and we have about 16 weeks. so here we go.
iwillbethin you are looking sooooo good keep up the good work. it feels good to come back and see a few of the people i would chat with still here. oh and the website changed big times ill get used to it, but it looks good easier to move around in. chat with you all later. hope to see you all here.

hi all, just wanted to let you know i might not weight in on monday. Tom is really close, should be here by manana or saturday. Im drinking my water and watching my salt in take. hardly any salt. how is everyone else doing?
im checking in today being monday and all. i was not able to keep cheat free because im just starting back. but today i can say i am 1/2 day cheat free. my signature has the thanksgiving challenge stats in it and i will only change it on mondays.
Hi All -- New Low for me today! 187.5. I haven't lost much weight in the last month. I think I've been real sloppy with counting my carbs and not adding in the right amount of my OWL foods. Yesterday was a perfect Induction day (by accident) and voila, down 2 pounds. So... I think I might lay off my owl foods for awhile, or else just count the proper portions.
I think my Thanksgiving goal is 175, so 12.5 pounds to go. I can do that!!!
