    No just worked 16 hours came home and got mad because hubby was fast asleep and could not bother waiting up for me.
    Life is a horse.. When it throws you down you have to hop right back on.

      Carolyn,

      You can quit...it may take a few tries, but you will get there. Have you tried to replace the hand to mouth sensation with something else? Like a stick of cheese to nibble when you need to have the experience or something?

        Yes i use cinammon sticks..

          I quit smoking on Jan 1st this year using the Nicotine gum. After 20 years of smoking over a pack a day, I can say the Nicotine gum has saved me from that terrible habit.

          However, having the addictive personality that I do...here we are 11 full months later and I still fiend for the gum. SO BE CAREFUL.

          If i had a choice between the gum and actual cig's...I will gladly take the gum.

          Now does anyone have a cure for Nicorette Addiction

            Hey Kenny,
            That's exactly what I posted above that happened to my aunt. She has been addicted to the gum for years now! I'm sorry, I don't have any suggestions. I quit 1 year ago on Thanksgiving. I opted for the patch. I would not have been able to do it without it.

              congrats on giving up cigs...the nicotine patch/gum really does work...for anyone trying it...just be careful
