I'm having some more of my homemade veggie beef soup and a small piece of leftover ribeye steak.

I'll be having pork chops again, because they are cheap and its the end of the month.

Wednesday is Office Potluck Day. This week "make your own fajita". I brought the grilled chicken breasts. But I ate mine, faijita-salad style with guacamole, sour cream, salsa, green peppers and a little lettuce.

Lunch is long over now, but I had a low carb tortilla with munster cheese and roast beef and 4 oz. cottage cheese with raspberries and Uncle Sam's cereal mixed in. Not too exciting, but it did the job.

Now DINNER, that was great. I had chicken satay skewers with peanut sauce. Soooo good.

Today is Saturday, which means I wake up late, which means I eat brunch, which means "lunch" is a snack around 3 or 4 PM. Today it's going to be a devilled egg with a few red pepper strips and olives on the side and a cup of peppermint tea.

Was on a little trip today, so had lunch out (lovely!). Had Antipasto of prosciutto and salami with a couple of grilled eggplant slices, a slice of brie and a couple of slices of real melt in the mouth buffalo mozzarella (much better than the usual stuff) with a black truffle sauce. Main course was grilled ribs. Veggie: chicory tossed in oil and garlic. One small glass red wine. A whole bottle of water. Was all yummmmmmy!!!

Well Heidi... make the trip to Italy and I'll take you there! Just found it by chance... Hub was looking for good fishing spots, up in the Appenines, ready for the opening of the fishing season, and we stopped at a little roadside restaurant. Picked a good one that time!

Back to the old tuna salad and flax crackers for lunch tomorrow! Lol
