Take your time with the push-up challenge! I think I started with 10 a day -- and had to break it up to 2 sets of 5! Now I'm doing 25 in a row. But the ball is still firmly under my hips. I'm not like JimmieJo and some of the others, moving the ball out to their knees and feet! These women must have arms of rock!
I'm glad to see that you are taking the time to exercise, even if the weather is crappy. Even walking around the apartment about a bobillion times would work!!
