            (Modified OWL-moving up rungs for convenience when travelling, keeping carbs moderate)
            Foods I cannot have-
            Black beans.- instant headache and upset belly.
            spaghetti squash mixed with tomatoes- ravenous


            I Made it!!!! TWICE!!!! (10/06 and 1/07!!!)

                      The funny thing is I can finally see my pointy chin again in photos -- I always hated my chin, but am thrilled to see my jawline again! Tommy, I thought you would have a comment on the "boobs on parade" in the group shot!!

                          I took my measurements today... I have lost 49.5 inches. I about pooed my panties. First I was stoked, then I was kinda upset that Id been that fat that I had that much (and much more) to lose. still cant figure out if Im stoked or upset And then... I had to go to the dr. now I knew my scale at home was off. I had a rough idea how much it was off...... according to the drs scale... its off by 25 pounds. ~le sigh~ while I appreciate that it makes me lighter then I am.... thats a disappointment when being weighed by a good scale.

                            TOC, that scale only counts at the Dr office and nowhere else! I'd focus instead on those 49.5 inches lost! HOLY SMOKES that's fantastic!

                              I seriously almost spit coffee everywhere when I read this. That is some of the funniest stuff ever!
                              Thats an awesome loss girl! Maybe the docs scale is whack anyway. Just because he has a stethascope doesnt mean his scale is accurate. Good job on the 49.5. Amazing!
