    Its all over!

    And West Ham lost .

    It was a great game, but it finished 3 - 3, and went to a penalty shoot out. Never mind, we were always the underdogs in the game.

    We almost won, Liverpool scored to make it 3-3 2 minutes from the end. Never mind.

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          Commiserations, Rich. Warwick and I watched hoping West Ham would win (W likes ManU so no stake in the game). It was a great match, they played well. A great honour to reach the final anyway. And now they know how to do it for next year! I hate those penalty shootouts, I never think they are fair.
