    but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

            I have alot of them but today on the trip to work, thinking about the parquet floor which needs cleaned in the new house i just bought i remembered just how good Murphy's oil soap smells. Oh i love that smell. The cherry almond of jergens, and a fragrance called Oatmeal, milk and honey when I am able to make my own soap.

                        Fresh cut grass

                        Freshly brewed coffee....or going in to a Starbucks

                        Just after its rained after it hasnt rained for a while, that earthy smell

                        Freshly baked bread

                        My BF...he's just got a nice body smell!

                        Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
                        On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
                        Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
                        Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

                          Not in order mind you and this could change any second but what comes to mind now..

                          coffee
                          pot wafting in the air at an outdoor concert
                          vanilla beans
                          saffron
                          doop stick or nag champa incense
                          garlic in hot oil
                          fresh lavendar flowers
                          patchoulli mixed with amber
                          of course my old man ..he smells like me

                            1. Right before a rainfall 2. Hot bread (I need to forget this one) 3. Garden Roses (not store bought ones) 4. Campfires 5. This is weird... Dial Soap, I used to work at a summer camp in the mountains when I was 18. The smell of Dial Soap combined with the smells of Jeffrey Pine Trees bring back such good memories.)

                              Pine trees,
                              Fresh ground coffee,
                              Lancome Attraction perfume,
                              my grandma's perfume (? same one for 50 years),
                              salted popcorn

                                OMG... I LOVE LOVE nag champa!! You are the first person I've ever known to even mention it besides me and my darling ex!!
