    My mum and I are off to the gym on the weekend, hopefully. Provided I feel well, of course!

    Yes, I ended up in the hospital because I'm dehydrated and havent eaten in a week, but they turned me away. Apparently, since I walked in, I was well enough to take care of myself (so much for the NHS - free health care service, means you get what you pay for - nothing!)
    I was just told to rest, drink plenty of water and try not to vomit. Great advice! I'm glad to see people are really working towards their degrees these days! Not...

    I'm pretty much resigned to my bed for now. I can't go out of the house on my own because I can't drive anywhere like this. I feel awful! I did managed to eat 2 pieces of toast last night, although it took me 6 hours to eat them.

      Take time for yourself AND don't trust yir man. Sounds a very deceptive chappy.

        The hospital turned you away?!

        I wish I was there, I'd take you out to do something to get your mind off your troubles. How about you, me and the Atkins gals go clothes shopping? Or head out to the movies? (Pres and Tommy can come too ).

        It's good you were able to eat some food last night...it's a good start. Hugs to you Steph...((hug))

          I've just read this and I just wanted to see how everything is going right now. Everyone has said pretty much what I was gona say but I have to agree...you ARE a GREAT, BEAUTIFUL, KIND girl and I'm sure that he is or will be kicking himself sooner or later.

          Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
          On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
          Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
          Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.
