I have a magnet on my frig that says: Raising teenagers is like trying to nail jello to a tree. I agree...those were hard years to get through.

I know this sounds cliche- but my husband is my best friend! We do most things together and are very comfortable with each other. We only had one fight (our first year of marriage, LOL, about ironing clothes!) and we haven't had any since. 26 years, 3 kids, military 24 years. Like others said, some ups & downs, but it does seem better now than before.

i was so taken with myjack when i first laid eyes on him. i knew he was the one for me and here we are almost 35 years later. sometimes it has not been easy but we said our vows and took them seriously and have worked through those tough times and it has most certainly gotten better, sweeter and more loving as time goes by.
