At my school they DO actually have a salad bar that's really good...but not everyday. And there's no set schedule, so I'd end up going down there and just look like a big old dork because I'd turn right around and leave again if there was no salad. They put a lot of sugar and flour in the food...in sauces, in marinades, in salads even. I just stopped eating there and started bringing my own food...and I've noticed a big improvement in my progress by doing that!

Oh wait, this is supposed to be about ADBB addiction. Well, since I bring my lunch, I have time to read ADBB ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL during my lunch time!

O.k. sitting here looking for me a St. Bernard puppy for Christmas. Finding myself bouncing back every few minutes to see if anyone had posted something new!!!

But, as long as this keeps my mind off of food, HELLLLLLLLLO!!!!! it must work!!

I won't tell, Grizz, if you won't tell that I was here to ward off evil thoughts of raiding the fridge after spending an hour on the phone trying to get the bank to take my car payment either over the phone or on the web.

ok, alright! I am here again.

I was so desperate that when we had the power outage here for a week....... I was tempted to pull the plugs on the freezer and frig from the generator and plug in the computer when no one was around. Talk about WITHDRAWL!

I have only ever visited this site once in my life. Or wait. That was once this week. No...that's still not right. Once this hour? Nope. Still not right...

Its a good thing to be here. Checking in here is what keeps me motivated to get up at 5 am and exercise. Because I know when I'm done I've got an hour or so to hang out on the boards without anyone here buggin' me!

As far as internet things go, its interesting being in a community and being married to a cop, who is sure that eveyrone in the world is out to get me. But we've since gotten over that hump. I think. Maybe. I think it was something to do with a "stop treating me like your daughter and treat me like your wife" comment that I made.

Man, I'm sure a sass.

Have you ever told you kids you were getting on the computer to check the snow for tomorrow in case their is a delay or cancellation but, you were actually wanting on to check your journal?? Maybe you made up your own excuse!!

I always say I'm just going to plug in my food or exercise into fitday, or I've got to update my stuff for president's challenge...this worked for a time...but now when I tell my boyfriend that he just says "yeah right." He HAS started giving me 10 min and 5 min warnings if a movie or TV show that we watch will be on...so I can pace myself and break away from ADBB gently with no withdrawal pains.
