Re: A man in a kilt
OK then funny you should say that because this has to do with a bus load of army pipers
Years before I was married of course .... my roommate and I were on a local army base watching an entire unit of Canadian Pipers...they told us they Piped the troops into battle and carried stretchers out ...we didn't care they were all insanely handsome and watching them was very ...well inspiring ...
we instantly as their bus was leaving set course for Canada (Vancouver BC) ..and we headed down the highway behind the bus writing notes to two very cute guys in the back of the bus...suddenly the bus pulled over blocking us and they jumped out in their kilts with a over night bag each and got right into our car...
they were actually twins ..not identical ...and two of the funniest men I have ever met in my life ..we spent the next four days in Vancouver seeing every sight trying every exotic dish we could and finally said good bye at the boarder...
Yes it was impulsive and could have been dangerous ...
but really it was fun and exciting!!! and I know first hand what goes on under there ..can you imagine me NOT looking?????
my first born son is named after the guy I hung out with ..we parted good friends and kept in touch for years....
Ian
(yes my husband knows the story ...and was aboslutely fine with the name!)
