Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.

I just got back from Las Vegas last week. Hubby and I went to the NASCAR race. We plan on making it a yearly trip. DO NOT SCHEDULE THE TRIP ON THIS WEEKEND. The hotels jack up their rates and it is crowded. The Aladin no longer exists. It is now Planet Hollywood and it is being redone. It is still open inside but looks nothing like the Aladin. We stayed at the Luxor and were really happy with it. I wasnt sure how I would like being at the end of the strip, but it turned out to be a big plus. Close to the airport, not a lot of traffic congestion nearby. It is a nice walk down to the center of the strip. It is also connected to Mandalay Bay by tram and that place is awsome. If you are a NASCAR fan I highly recommend this as a destination track, cause you just cant beat Vegas for fun.Re-Start Date 11/29/08

I am so looking forward to it too Tracie. I have it marked on my calender for next year along with a few other notable dates. That calender does get a lot of stares from time to time.
