          Granted.... we all go waaaaaayy up there for Christmas. Then January we are all faced with the dillemma that what goes up must come down. Um, this applies in more ways than one, of course.


          I wish there were a genie at home to grant all my wishes...

          but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
