Mind you saying that it was only the 2nd year of GCSE's and still relatively new for the teachers to mark. Everyone knows that the exams have got easier over time, how else can anyone explain the increased pass rates year on year? When I was at school there was no such thing as an A* so I think its all pretty irrelevant. And because of the A*'s like for like cant really be compared.

yeah it does all come down to experience, i dont think theyve got easier over the years... have you seen the current ones? there aint no way in heIl theyre easier!
