    Shoes and Handbags!

    Can a woman kindly explain to me what the attraction is to them!?

    And why anyone would ever buy two pairs of shoes exactly the same colour, make, model and size. In fact two identical pairs! Why?

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

    In fact two identical pairs!
    Oh I know this one. Because womens shoes are not comfortable. So when you find a pair that are a perfect fit and style, you but 2 so you have a pair when the 1st wear out.

      Also they may look the same to you - but be different.

      MEN take note - women need lots of shoes and bags because they can and indeed do wear a wide range of clothing styles, colours and lengths. There are factors of temperature, distance of walking, height of companion to also take into account! Men have like 3-4 shoe options because they tend to only wear shorts or trousers. For women they can select from mini-skirts, mid length skirts, maxi shirts, dresses of all lengths, trousers, shorts, capri pants, leggings, various kinds of tights, shorts, suits! Thus more shoes needed!

      Grrr - as you may guess BF can never understand why I have "so many" shoes! In fact I only have about 15 including 2 kinds of football boots and running shoes! It's just not that many!!!!!

        lol - I bought 5 pairs yesterday!! they're all black - but all totally different!!! hehe!!

        And as Alexa has brilliantly explained - we need different shoes for different occasions!! Oh and matching handbags!!! lol

            Ok here we go...my kinda subject....why do we have so many Shoes and Purses...the simple answer from me is...Because I want to..LOL..I LOVE purses....I Love shoes...Not only have I bought the same shoe in different colors..I too have bought the same purse in different colors...I tink this has been handd down from generation to generation in my family...My Mother and her Motherwere the biggest purse freaks I had ever seen..Now to me and I have passed I on to my two daugters...My oldest manages a large shoe store chain...40% discount for management....so needless to say........We have the "HOOK-UP"!!!

                  I am an accessory junky. I have well over 100 pairs of shoes and 5 bins full of purses. Why? Ask a man why they scratch themselves? "Because I can." Is the answer.

                    I think we need to post photos of our collections!!! hehe!! I'll do mine over the weekend - plus it gives me an excuse to tidy my wardrobe room out!!! lol

                        I love this subject lol I am OBSESSED with shoes..and getting more into purses these days..I have so many shoes and dont even wear most of them, I just like to look at them lol..I'm mainly obsessed with high heels..I dont know why I have so many but I think it's because of the way they make me feel wearing them, there's something about walking in high heels that makes you feel so sexy..I think it's genetic lol my mother is just as obsessed as I am and my sisters way into purses she'll buy $300 ones and NEVER use them, women have their things and men have theirs, men will never understand lol

                          I don't buy many handbags but I doooo LOOOVE shoes. And if you have a pair you LOVE you have to buy a back up... just in case!

                          Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                            What everyone else says...
                            also men expect women to look pretty and put together... there are a wide range of fashions and styles so... we accessorize with a wide range of colors and styles...
                            I agree 2 of same kind is because if they're great, you need a back up when one wears out! Men have it easy, not needing a purse and using pockets... and not needing many types of shoes... good thing!
