          The "hobo" is a very large purse/bag with basically 1 main compartment. I have a couple by Kathy VanZeeland. I love her stuff!

            a "Hobo" bag is a large deep one pocket bag..I guess it gets the Name from being so big you can put all your belongings in it.

                  Rich that was not offensive!! it was funny!! Have no fear my dear we American's can take a joke too. hehe

                  Gawd Fanny Packs are the worst! My dad has one and I have to beg him to leave it at home when we go out LOL... of course he won't cause it's his manly purse. hehe

                  Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                  Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                  so:
                  Restart Progress:
                  12/28/09 ~ 235.1
                  01/04/10 ~ 229.0
                  01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                  (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
                  01/18/10 ~ 227.4
                  01/5/10 ~ 226.8
                  02/01/10 ~ 222.6

                          Yeah when I think of Hobo I think of a roamer... A traveler who jumps on trains and hitch hikes to get around... with a hobo bag slung over his shoulder (typically with polka-dots).
