For me, it's all bands (and mostly new wave - eek). Too Much Joy, Psychic TV, Icehouse, Aha, Peter Murphy, Talk Talk, Howard Jones, Bob Mould, Hothouse Flowers, The Sundays, Cocteau Twins....I could go on and on.

I luckily found a viral online radio link that lets you build your own station using "seed" songs. You pick a song, and they add other songs with similar attributes which you give thumbs up or down. It slowly builds an entire station based on your exact musical preferences. God bless the internet.

thanks for your contributions to this thread jane, i would love if everyone on ADBB would put up a few of their favorites!!...those are some great songs...that madonna song, takes me back to about, i think it was 1984, and there was a movie visionquest...do you remember that movie? and i liked george michael too.....i want your sex and freedom were two of my favorites. rochelle thanks for your songs too....you rock!! that def leopard song was and still is....a CLASSIC!! maybe i will add a few more of my favorites later on tonight whatever happened to the band from england called....scritti polliti?!

I'll go and find some more - you've revived my school days!!! lol I can still visualise us at our school "dance"!!! we had to do ballroom for first half of the night to a band, then they let us have "disco music" for the rest!!!! lol
