      Anything out of the 20's is old!!



      ... hehe, just kidding.
      I only say that because I'm very soon going to be out of my 20's. sigh....
      But 40 IS the new 30... and so on...

      Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

      Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
      Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

      so:
      Restart Progress:
      12/28/09 ~ 235.1
      01/04/10 ~ 229.0
      01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
      (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
      01/18/10 ~ 227.4
      01/5/10 ~ 226.8
      02/01/10 ~ 222.6

        I feel the same way, haha. My baby just turned 1, and the other day I visited my college and I didn't recognize ANYONE...I didn't graduate THAT long ago...

          My job has given me an ENTIRELY new perspective on age....60 is young to me now. Our 93 yr old clients would laugh at you right now. (And the one I'm thinking of played golf til a couple years ago!!)

          40 is SOOOOOOOO not old! And I'm saying that as a 25 year old!

              I know!! What's been tripping me out lately is how when I run into people I used to go to school with I think 'man they look old'... and then I start wondering if that means I look old too!! lol...
              ... and then there's the pics that are starting to show little wrinkles and stuff...
              sigh...
              Oh well... at 'almost' 30 I feel like I'm finally coming into my own. I feel like I finally got my 'stuff' figured out and am finally a grown up.... almost. lol.

                I'm 60 next year. 40 doesn't look old at all!
                Atkins didn't say 'Calories don't count',
                he said, 'Don't count calories.'

                Began Atkins March 04 at 260lb, reduced to 203lb by April 07 and maintained.

                Atkins makes exercise mandatory - I took up cycling - see last pics at 203lb.
