I've been doing some of what she says and my legs are starting to feel better and stronger! Oh man, what a blessing!

I love watching Biggest Loser...that is my FAVORITE show!!! And it kinda keeps me going. Like Im part of the show (just at home). My husband is in charge of the kids and he cooks supper on "Biggest loser night". I sit down with a salad and watch it for 2 hours!!!!!! I just sometimes feel kinda depressed cause the show started right about when I started Atkins and they have lost sooo much weight. And when I lose like 3 lbs a week...Im happy....and 3 lbs for them is like nothing. Im so happy for them. i agree that it has kinda turned into a soap opera. I hate that girl Heba or whatever her name is. She is so bossy. It awesome that shes a competive person...but man she is a b!tch!!!! Sorry for my language.

I hope everyone has been doing good on their weight loss this week. Im at one of those "STUCK" marks. Ive lost 22 lbs in 6 weeks...but this week all Ive lost is 1 lb. Kinda depressing. But Im not giving up now!!!!

I wouldn't sweat it - comparing your weight loss to theirs when they are working out six hours a day is like comparing apples to oranges.

This is the first season I've watched this show. Makes me mad when the drama crap starts up, I'm still walking away from the TV when it begins. (GIGO - who needs that?) Got half a notion I won't be seeing much of it next week.

Early last week I started to watch my calories closer because it turns out I haven't been getting nearly the amount I need. My BMR is 1850 calories and I was taking in only 1200. I also quit drinking coffee, a HUGE accomplishment for me, so that's contributing to the cause. I don't know if I'm losing weight but one thing is for sure - I'm starting to feel better and stronger.

I had no idea...where is the talkshow, is it online? Jillian is awesome! I try to read as much as I can on the website.
I was disgusted last night and had made the decision that if Michelle was voted off..I wasnt watching anymore. The whole in your face drama would only get worse. Maybe now, things will calm down. I hate Bully's and last nights show really bugged me. I was very proud of Amy for listening to her mom and making a good decision.

LOL I sat there with my salad last night too! I have lost 20 pounds in 15 weeks....talk about slow! I just recently was able to do some cardio and wow! I lost 5 pounds in 10 days so I know things are going to pick up now. I will be happy if I could lose 2 pounds per week!
As far as Heba goes.....she and Vicki are ,as Phil put it "little people." I think what they have done to this season is horrific.
I love Colleen. SHe is so determined and works so hard. SHe has this quiet strength about her. She really is my favorite on the show. I think Michelle and her Mom are really something also. I hope one of Jillians team members makes it. They all deserve it including Jillian!

You know it! I love Michelle, her mom, and Colleen, and Amy. Those girls all have integity.

Anyone catch last nights show? What did you think?
I was sad to see Colleen go, but I was glad to see how she looked today...and her Dad..wow running with her!! Amazing.

I think I need to give the spin cycle another chance. I honestly have not utilized it in my workout routines because it looks so hard...I know pretty lame and lazy of me. Watching those girls come to tears and keep going...wow! I need to re-evaluate where my giving up point is.

i wished Vicky would go. i cant stand her nor her evil attitude on the show.
im sure she would've done the same thing if she was in Amy's shoes last week.
and Razzle ur absolutly right...i too need to re-evaluate my giving up point. i just do interval training, but i dont think i take my body to it's limit, i will definitley take that into consideration next time i run/jog/walk

I hear you all. The continued intensity of their workouts blows me away. I feel like a total wimp. And watching both Colleen and her dad run together... My God, what a turn around for the both of them! I'm really going to miss her on that show. Rooting for Michelle and her mom now.

I was so hoping Vicki was outta there... Guess we'll have to put up with her black heart one more week. The whole spirit of the show becomes depressing whenever she's in the spotlight.

Have you read the blogs at the biggest loser website? If I were Vicky, Brady or Heba I would really take a second look at how I "played" the game.
