Re: indigestion concerns???
I think you can get an indigestion no matter what your way of eating is... Is there a food you've been eating constantly for the past days? Something you've just introduced?
I never had problems on Atkins, but then I eat more or less the same every week."Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."

Re: indigestion concerns???
I have problems with too many nuts, especially if they are salted... so maybe that?
Are you sure everything was fresh and stuff? Or is your wife eating the same thing and she's all right?
I'm pretty much out of ideas...

Re: indigestion concerns???
How much are you eating??
Okay, so my brother gets an indigestion when he eats too much, but he usually has a 16 double sandwiches breakfast, 10 chicken legs lunch, etc... so I think that explains it (and no, he's not fat... 5% body fat... and plays professional basketball
).

Re: indigestion concerns???
Hey, Chris! Long time no see!
Out of all of the foods you listed I would blame the hot dogs and by coolers do you mean with alcohol? Alcohol can mess up your stomach too. Broccoli can also produce a lot of gas and could be messing up your stomach.
Your son is too cute, by the way.

maybe you are right, maybe it is/was the broccoli.

Re: indigestion concerns???
Hot dogs definitely, maybe even the sour cream. Anything acidic. Broccoli is gassy. I used to get horrible heartburn from powered sugar before I started atkins. Maybe try Tums or Prevacid OTC. Are we allowed those? I don't know.....Erica, 30, Female, 5'5"
