    Well Mary you finally did it!!!
    You sent some snow my way~~yes folks it is snowing heavily in Central Vermont! Yes I am excited about it. No I am not crazy. I repeat I am not crazy!!

      If you are getting the storm we had, 2 in 4 days, it is a really heavy, wet snow...is that good for snowmobiles? Hope so!

          We got 28" of snow Mary. Per the news report last night my area reported the most snow in the state of VT. DH is beyond excited. It is a very heavy wet snow & the trees are beautiful. Coming home yesterday there were 3 trucks stuck on a large hill going to my house so my husband took a back road home. This is a dirt road & a secondary road which is not a priority for the road crew that does the plowing. We have a 4 wheel drive Jeep Liberty & had no problems getting home. It was a great adventure & the ride was beautiful. I wish I had my camera as there many photo shots. Later in the evening the snowmobile trail grooming machine went through so DH had to take his snowmobile for a ride. He is a happy camper.

          More snow in the forcast. We are heading for Northern VT on Friday to spend the weekend with my father & brother. The guys have a weekend of snowmobile fun planned. I'm bringing my sewing machine & have promised to make some of their favorite foods. I'm cooking for my dad~pea soup & cornbread & his favorite cake.

            Rain, Rain, Rain ugh for the next few days. On the bright side the snow is melting from all this rain. On the non bright side everything is flooding due to all the rain and snow melt.

            I don't mind the rain so much as to me it is a sign that spring is on it's way. The days are getting brighter and the sun is staying out longer. I am ready for Spring this year even though I love nothing more than to sit and watch it snow. I am sick of the cold this year.

                Snow snow and more snow in central Jersey today. School closed early for today and is already canceled for tomorrow so the kids are home and already antsy.

                I am bummed because we were supposed to have a 10th anniversary dinner for someone at work tonight. My boss was taking us all out to this GREAT and very pricey steakhouse to celebrate. It'll be rescheduled, I just hope I can go, it can be tough with my husband's schedule.


                I guess we'll be shoveling again tomorrow.

                      it is snowing again today grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. it is supposed to be warmer this time of yr in TN. the daffadils and crocuses and lenten roses and bloodroot are supposed to be up, not snow flakes falling down.
