Oh my goodness! I FORGOT she was back. After this, I won't forget again.
Guess we should say that our challenge is to get back in ketosis (IF we were out for a tiny bit) and then keep the limit of carbs low so we can get our weight loss kicked into high gear again. Most of us had been rolling along losing weight very slowly and enjoying our new pre-maintenance existence. We just now decided that we should be striving harder to reach our goal that we set in the beginning. Only then should be relax and enjoy pre-maintenance. So --- our efforts are doubled and re-doubled to get our bodies moving again and our weightloss kick started. That's all that was intended by this challenge.
