    how to post a pdf file?

    i have a carb counter ..it is a pdf file can anyone enlighten me how to post a pdf file this list is very good almost every food on earth is listed on it a with calories/carbs/fibre counts etc.

      Just upload it to our ADBB Gallery (if the size is not too large) and use the link generated by the upload in your post. You could also upload it to a web hosting site.

          Upload ErrorsAtkins.Diet.Carb.Counter.T69.Approved.pdfInv alid file extension. Allowed extensions for this category are jpg, gif, png, jpeg, bmp, mp3, wma, mpeg, wav, avi, midi, mpg, ram, wmv.

              I added .pdf as a valid file extention. Try again.

                  i have uploaded it in gallery but i cant find it there myself..though my 1mb has half gone..can u see it there?
