    You know how you know you have a potty mouth? Your New Years Resolution for the past 5 years was to cut back!! LOL No, lie....and I STILL havn't done it!

            This supposedly from Andy Rooney...

            My wife's from the midwest. Very nice people there. Very wholesome. They use words like 'Cripes' — 'For Cripes sake.' Who would that be; Jesus Cripes? The son of 'Gosh' of the church of 'Holy Moly'? I'm not making fun of it. You think I wanna burn in 'Heck'?
            Now to try a name that's censored on some boards...

                        In Australia lots of swear words are used as terms of affection. It depends on the context and the tone. Calling someone an old, silly, stupid etc b a s t a r d is not meant to be offensive. Less used, but similarly f**kwit can be a term of affection, not insult. The C word is offensive everywhere, I think, usually because it used with a lot of hate and is meant to hurt.
                        On open forums such as this I think swearing should be censored, as some folks will inevtiably be offended and we might lose them from our discussions, and it is supposed to be for everyone.
