RSS is Really Simple Syndication and is a way to pick up feeds from other websites.
Typically with news feeds.
Looks like Tom set up the feeds from his other sites and they are choking down the ADBB. So all the posts from his south beach sites are showing up.

No, there is no way to filter posts coming from other boards, but I'm pretty sure things will come back to "normal" soon. Tom said he is going to fix the problem... so I guess fixed it will be.

So I played around a little... If you want to find "most" posts, except the ones coming from other boards, go to Search --> Advanced Search and look for "atkins". I think I fixed it ... sorry about that ...
I added rss feeds. It ended up being more complicated than I thought. I should have it all worked out so that the posts only go to the external links section. Please PM me if this is not working 100% correctly and I will get it working as it should.
