Okay, I should have checked... it tells me the same thing.

I will need to ask Tom. I imagine some parameters are screwed up there and only he can fix them.

thanks ask him if I could just make a one time donation as a supporting member cause $20 for a yr is too small and 10 yrs is too long

I know supporting members get added benefits but I also know it becomes a reoccuring billing.

if I use the donate without becoming a supporting member to make a single contribution for the yr will I get supporting benefits too like the increased PM box?

Well yes and no. Default is reoccuring billing. But this can be easily cancelled through paypal. However is someone wants to just donate they can do that also. But no supporting members benefits. Supporting Member-ship assumes reoccurring billing.

You can make a one time donation ... just go through the motions of reoccuring billing through supporting membership .... then go into paypal and cancel your subscription. Then you will not be rebilled. The reoccuring billing happens through paypal but is easily cancellable.

it still will not let me do a 10 yr one, but i can do a 3 yr. so I do a 3 yr and then cancel the reoccurring ?

I found a link to make a nonsupporting member donation of any amount I want, so I can use that for the difference between the 3 yr and the 10 yr amount?
