DH popped the question after dating 4 months. I told him that I needed to wait until we had been together for 1 year. Then when we were finally planning the wedding I just couldn't do it~~~I needed more time. So it was 2 yrs 2 months before we walked down the aisle. A little over 1 1/2 years but we were both in college. We'd probably still be 'dating' if she hadn't asked me. Now, that was 32 years ago; I guess it's gonna stick.

We met on 9/20/75, got engaged on 6/10/77 and married on 9/23/78, ergo, we will be celebating our 30th wedding anniversary in September!!LINDA - Female

I met my Mark on July 21, 1990 on a full moon. It would of been my sisters birthday.Two days before my birthday. What a gift! I married him 22 months later on Mothers day, May 10th 1992, in memory of my Mom. I truly believe my sis sent him to me that night.
