Thank you Tom for giving us this opportunity, without the ADBB I would have felt so alone when I started doing Atkins. I'm very grateful.

        Re: ADBB.......how it began.

        Tom-

It's been quite a ride, my friend. Can you believe it's been 3 years already?!! - And you've been stuck with me for about 2 3/4 of them

It's been so fun to watch this place grow, thrive and become it's own entity. It's been fun to see the multitudes of people who have graced ADBB with their presence, attitudes, time, pitfalls and especially their successes. The friendships and comraderie here has been nothing short of amazing for most of the lives it has touched- and it all came about as YOUR baby.

Thank you for sharing it with us and making it available to us. Thank you for letting me be a part of that. We haven't always seen things eye to eye (politic-y garbage! ) - but we've always been on the same side of the fence so far as mutual respect and vision for a support forum, and for that I'm eternally grateful. It's been a pleasure to know you and share your cyber baby with you.

Thank you Tom - and ADBB - for being who and what you are

Many thanks from me Tom for providing us with a place to meet and encourage each other along the Atkins Way.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

                  Re: ADBB.......how it began.

Tom, your board was the first place I posted when I first started Atkins back in 2003. It has been the only place I have posted, because there was so much support here and I was happy to support others because of that. I didn't feel the need to find more help because it was all here. I know ADBB was a big reason I initially dropped 100 lbs. - and it was the first place I turned to after I gained a lot of weight back after a death in the family, knowing that I would find support and also be able to give support, here. Thanks for ADBB.

Thanks, Tom! Though many of us have thanked Dr. Atkins for giving us the guidelines, the support we find on this board keeps us on the path to success. Your creation has touched so many lives and will continue to for a long, long time.

A HEARTFELT thanks Tom! Dr. Atkins changed my weight and my life...but this board kept me on track. It would have been soooooo much harder without the support and encouragement to be found here.

You did a wonderful thing in starting ADBB. Hugs!
