  • Stability Ball Exercise Challenge Goalies

    The challenge was for the month of February but the challengers got done a day early.
    There were only 2 of us but the commitment was as stong as if there were 50.

    CHRISTY set a goal of 150 minutes of stability ball exercise. My goal was 200 minutes.

    We did leg presses, crunches, push ups, weight work and a whole host of other things and even learned 2 or 3 new exercises.

    Congrats to you Christy (and a pat on the back to me) for making goal!
