    Happy Birthday. Sorry this is a day late.

    I feel better now at 43 than I ever did before! I'm eating right, I'm exercising. I'm just healthier in general. I don't mind the 40's a bit.

        Now that I'm 40+a few days I feel much better.
        I also got a new job offer which helps
