That is wonderfull! Are you moving on to OWL? Or are you sticking with induction? I think I am going to do induction for a while, but a few times I sneak a few things in like more veggies, or a few sunflower seeds.
I've been trying to stay close to induction but allowing myself to eat other foods (like nuts or stuff I find here on the recipe BBs) when I get too bored.
I've been having about a handful of macadamias a day and strawberries every couple of days.
I'm still pink to purple on the ketostix so I'm feeling ok about it.
It's so hard to stay on strict induction for too long, you know?!
