Happy 30,000th member, ADBB! And counting....

I have never lost this much weight before, and I'm absolutely positive I would not have made it this far without ADBB! The people and support here are truly priceless...

That said, if you haven't paid the $15 to become a supporting member, but have enjoyed all the benefits this great board has to offer, I hope you'll take this opportunity to do it. It's the best $30 I've ever spent!

A huge thank you. I don't know anyone else in Japan whom is doing Atkins diet. None of the products are sold here. I had to get the book posted from America.

Without ADBD I would have been stuck. Very stuck.

30,000 strong. What a day in the history of ADBB. I have said it before and I will say it again, this board coupled with this way of eating has saved my life.
I want to thank each and every one of you that have helped me along my journey.
Thank you Tom for creating this site for people like us that needed it so.
The administrators and moderators here are second to none. I admire the excellent job they do keep ADBB running smoothly. A big pat on the back to all of you.
What can I say about the members, oh yes, You guys and gals are the greatest. I have made some great friends here and I look forward to making some more.

There are so many people here that make ADBB what it is. It is not the board, it is the people. We are all different, we have different backgrounds, religion, politics etc. But, we all agree on one thing.............ATKINS has changed our lives. The one thing we all have in common keeps us here. That and the WONDERFUL friends we have made on our journey. I decided to start my journey, found this place and my life has not been the same since! WHAT A RIDE!

Very, very well said, Emma... I agree whole-heartedly.

I did not have this board on my first time around... I probably wouldn't have lost my way if I had. But that's in the past and ancient history. What counts is NOW, and I am so grateful to have found my way here. I have no doubt whatsoever that I am on the Atkins WOE for the rest of my life... I AM EXCITED!

This board is what gave me the courage to start up on atkins. I seen so many succesful and helpful poeple here who were willing to support anyone through their journey. I'm only on induction, but when I think about cheating I think about this site and the people who have been there and I know it can be done. All of you are strangers but you mean more than you'll ever know, you've probably saved my life. You give me hope to go on and do this for me
