    Thank you all! I certainly value the friendships I have made here at ADBB! We're a cheery bunch! Most people on a 'diet' are cranky from hunger and deprivation! Not us--we get to eat luxurious food, thanks to Dr. A and this WOE. With the help of this forum and this WOE, I have my life back! I feel so blessed!
