Thanks y'all for the congratulations. One thing is for sure. I could not have done it with out y'alls support. It is because of ADBB that I have really learned this WOE. DANDR is great and the steps to success are laid out, but this board really puts those steps into shoe leather!
Now the real work begins. The road to get here wasn't easy, but the road ahead is pretty clearly marked, now that I recognize and understand the signs. As long as I travel it with friends, I know that if I make a detour, ya'll will get me back on the right road and a road that has absolutely no U-Turn signs!
Don, What an accomplishment...194 lbs thats outstanding!!! You are such an inspiration to those of us who see that long road ahead of us...you are the living proof!
And I'm still losing! Got on the scale this morning to find that I have arrived in Onederland! 199 was the official read out! WOW!!! The last time I weighed that was when Richard Nixon was President. After all these years, I have FINALLY found the key! Is this a great WOE or what?

Yesterday, I went out and got a new pair of pants. They were the same size as I wore when I was in high school. I have gone from a size 60 all the way down to a size 36!!! They were even corduroys like I had back then, even though they didn't have bell bottoms! Gee, I wonder where I left my saddle oxfords and my floral shirt with the huge collars? LOL
That is so awesome...just when I feel like I am losing some of my motivation I came across your post...you are soo inspiring! What helped you to stay motivated throughout your weight loss journey?
