  • Wahoooo! Do I little dance with me!

    Yesterday was the end of a clean 14 day Induction, and today was weigh day. I am down 15.4 pounds!! I cannot believe it. I never expected to lose that much so quickly, especially because I am not a first timer at this, and I don't have an extremely large amount of weight to lose. But I am NOT complaining!

    I think the keys for me were drinking nothing but water, having absolutely no caffeine, and no artificial sweeteners for the two weeks. I feel so energized, cleansed and ready to proceed to OWL!

        That's terrific...so you really think no caffeine and no sweetners did the trick? I'm going to try it, starting tomorrow. It can't hurt.

                              Thanks everybody!! It feels great to know that I did it by the book, no even stretching of the rules. I guess Dr. Atkins did know what he was talking about (we already knew that though).

                              So I will keep dancing, drinking my water and burning those calories. Feel free to join me!
