I told myself i wouldnt weigh in before 7 days but my clothes were just hanging on me so i had to, 15lbs 6 days, i know it will not be this way every week but ill take it
I increased my workout now to 3 times a day 1hour each session (my lunch hour) also included hitting a bucket of balls after my night workout at the driving range.
