Hi!
I wanted to share with you my joy of finally not being obese anymore.
I have started this journey last year with a BMI of 38,8, wich meant I was a second degree obese, almost at the limit of morbid obesity.
When I starded my beautifull, yet difficult (but wonderfull things need to be difficult) journey, I was weighting 214lbs.
Today, my BMI is 29.4. I'm finally just overweight. I have lost 50 lbs, I am now at 164lbs.
I still have a very long road in front of me, yet, I believe I have accomplished something GREAT that needed to be celebrated with you, my friends!

Every evening (when I'm feeling like "you know, how bad can a giant chocolate be?"), I look on internet at motivational pictures of sexy shirts or tight pants that I'll love to buy one day... And the ideea of the chocolate goes away like a bad dream!
