Hey everyone, T. J. is here reporting from the other side of 200 for the first time in 15 years! February seemed to be a slow and frusrating month for weight loss. It was full of ups and downs, a slow moving scale, and was just hard to stay on plan. Despite all of that, my core group of friends in the STAC club would not let me fail. I thank each and every one of them for their support and ask them to share in my success, because it is theirs too. Have a legal treat guys, ya know I'm gonna (mich ultras in the fridge). Here's my weight graph for the month, and while the scale didn't move more often than not, it did move in the right direction.

Everlosing, I know you are getting frustrated, but if you look back, we have been day to day very close in weight. I bet your graph looks very similar. You are having the same "slow" progress that I have had over the last month. It's still 2 pounds a week and that's great. Hang in there, stick out your arm and I'll give you a pull from this side.

I'm planning on progress though....bought some Ultra's last night but by the time I got home from my friend's house it was midnight and I was too tired to tip even one bottle!! Tonight....or maybe even today, I will. Any advice on what dose I need to start with??? LOL!

for not only losing weight but for such a fantastic graph. As a SIOP, ESL reading teacher, I'm a graphic organizer hound...and visual learner. Thanks for sharing!
