It's been HARD WORK but I've been extremely determined!! I changed my ticker this morning and realized I'm down FIFTY POUNDS since 12/28/08!!
This time around on Atkins has not been the easy breeze it was in the past! I've had to analyze and tweak certain things here and there. I've realized I'm OLDER!
I am today where I was (with weight) back in high school. Maybe it was freshman or sophomore year in high school. Of course, the weight hangs a bit differently now....the wonderful badge of motherhood!
My goal is only 22.5 lbs away and that's a small number as far as I'm concerned! I really never knew for sure I could make it this far. The goal of 160 was a shot in the dark. I might readjust it as I get closer to 160. The truth is, I'm really not sure yet and it doesn't bother me! Can I just say how nice it is to be pretty satisfied with where I am now??? I'm by no means finished but it's really GREAT to be in a place where I'm content and I'm not beating my head against a wall all the time!
So...FIFTY POUNDS, goodbye forever. You were never my friend and I can't say I'm a bit sad to see you go!!!

The rest is going to be so easy for you...
Now you should wear a backpack filled with 50 lbs of whatever on your back for a whole day and see how you feel when you put it down. [Too much TBL for me.]

) when I fumbled for the door handle to open it. Boy, did I feel like an idiot!! I was reaching for the handle and it was on the other side of the door!!
