Maintenace will show you exactly what you have learned moving up all the rungs. It's all about balance and the balance that suits only YOU.
There is so much involved with this lifestyle. It's not just about woe. It's about hormones, exercise, supplements, woe, stress, water and State of Mind. You get all that in balance and you've got it made. If not, work towards a healthy balance that fits only you. Everyone is different.
