It's been a long hard road but this morning the scale was good to me! 
I remember fighting like a dog to get out of the obese category.
Then I fought like h*ll to get out of the overweight category!
I stayed at 170 for TWO WEEKS, up a pound, back down a pound, back and forth. I only had to drop another pound to reach the high end of my healthy weight range. It was a struggle! I discovered things (fruits) I cannot eat while losing weight.
This morning the scale hit 168.5. It's my first glimpse of the 160's!! I thought I'd never progress with the last 10 pounds but it's moving again and it looks like goal by the end of July!
So, my happy dancing list includes the following:
I hit the 160's!!
I now "live" in the healthy weight category!!
I have 8.5 pounds to lose until G-O-A-L!!

It's been the biggest source of support for me!! All of you are terrific and I truly appreciate all of you!!
my next aim is where you are then i will be no longer overweight my day will come im following you slowly.
